The first and most immediate effect I received from coaching with Becky was in my thinking, I began to make quick, clear decisions without second guessing myself. I  had spent most of my life majoring in helping others realize their dreams and realized that was causing me to sabotage myself because  I always regulated myself to the sidelines, and saw my identity as support rather than boldly leading my own vision.So, I spent most of my life becoming who I was not and ignoring who I was suppose to be!  Waking up to that was powerful! I found Success Not Sabotage coaching from doing a web search and decided to move forward after the first session because of one comment that Becky made, “Jesus is the Father that you may have never had! You know, people talk about hitting rock bottom and for me that was a loss of a relationship at the end of 2010. After this, I was training for the Boston Marathon and sabotaged my training the last 6 weeks by gorging myself and blowing all the hard work from the previous 4 months. I orginally contacted Becky because I had been sabotaging myself for over 20 years and had a dream to launch a non for profit for women who had experienced similiar abuse. Coaching has just made me more confident in who I am and where I’m going. Instead of always second guessing, I know that with God and guidance from my coach that I can achieve what God has set in my heart to do.I also stopped being so self- conscious about how I relate to people. I am who I am regardless of what others think I should do or be. I can stand firm instead of being wishy washy. Also, if I fall or make a mistake, so what….I can pick myself up, dust off and start again. I guess in the last year or so, I had spiraled into self-doubt and self-consciousness about how I can’t change my life. My coach has absolutely been my champion in dispelling lies and speaking truth. When I took action and decided that I was going to do something about my situation, which for me was coaching, immediately, I was offered a leadership position in heading up a women’s retreat for women who have suffered childhood sexual abuse. I also was given the gift of my dreams (one I have been wanting for many years) and that is the gift of rescuing a horse. I honestly believe that your prayer and intercession have helped deliver me from the strongholds I have been under. It also empowered me to think differently about who I am and where I am going. I can encourage anyone who has been in long-term sabotages there is nothing that God can’t do for anyone no matter what the situation. You won’t be as successful by yourself, because, like me, you may be stuck in a rut that you’ve been doing for years and see no way out. When someone partners with you, they can help you see the lies you’ve been believing and speak biblical truth to you that will set you free. I believe that at some point soon, I will be able to minister to women who have been in bondage to fear, addiction, anger, bitterness, unforgiveness, etc… as a result of childhood sexual abuse. I believe it will certainly be local but quickly become at least regional in a short period of time. I contacted Becky because although I had experienced seasons of success, I really felt for about 5 years I was not being able to access the level of confidence and clarity that I KNEW was my inheritance in Christ. The first results I experienced working with Becky were perseverance in the form of mental toughess and it was like faith just got released.
